As the Summer Solstice approaches, the energy of the sun invites us into illumination, vitality, creativity, and intention. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, step out of daily routines, and intentionally work with the sacred energy of the season through ritual, creativity, movement, and community.
Throughout the day we will explore practices that honor the sun’s life-giving force while cultivating clarity, empowerment, and connection.
This retreat blends spiritual practice, creative ritual, nourishment, and reflection to support you in aligning with the expansive energy of summer.

The Experience-
During this retreat, participants will be guided through a variety of practices designed to help embody the energy of the solstice and cultivate personal intention.
Together we will explore:
☀️ Crafting sun-infused herbal teas
☀️ Tarot and oracle reflection
☀️ Creating sun art and intentional sun-bathing practices
☀️ Learning to dress personal candle wards with sacred herbs and oils
☀️ Exploring self-Reiki tools for energetic balancing
☀️ Reflecting on major astrology themes for the summer months
☀️ Group yoga and sound healing for grounding and integration
☀️ Sharing nourishing seasonal foods including light breakfast snacks, lunch, and beverages
☀️ Participating in a solstice burning ceremony to release and transform
☀️ Cultivating community and connection
Each practice is designed to support intentional living, self-reflection, and energetic alignment with the season.
Sacred Nourishment-
Food and teas will be part of the rituals of the day.
Participants will enjoy light breakfast snacks, a nourishing lunch, and teas prepared with intention to support grounding, energy, and connection.
Meals are designed to be simple, fresh, and supportive of the retreat experience.

Saturday, June 13th, 2026
9:30 AM — Opening circle and intention setting
Morning — Solstice sun bathing practices, tea making, tarot reflection with light snacks
Midday — Nourishing community lunch
Afternoon — Art, Candle dressing workshop and Astrology
Late Afternoon — Yoga and sound healing and self reiki
Closing — Solstice burning ceremony and integration
Retreat ends at around 6:30 PM
