It's beneficial to come with an open mind and clear intentions. Take a few moments before the session to center yourself through meditation or deep breathing. You can also write down or bring in any specific questions or areas of focus you would like to address during the reading. Some folks choose to share these intentions or areas of focus afterwards and that is fine too.

You’ll lie down fully clothed in a calm, relaxed setting. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body, and you may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some folks fall asleep and that is totally normal.
